My name is Mary Sugalski. I am a Certified Foot Reflexologist since 1996 and I am thrilled to be joining Balance Mind Body & Spirit in a part time capacity offering my Foot Reflexology services. These services complement my full time career as a Registered Nurse. I am also Certified in Usui Holy Fire Reiki First and Second Degree and currently pursuing my spiritual journey by letting it lead me to where I should be. I am grateful for my supportive husband Kevin, my two wonderful adult children and five beautiful grandchildren.

Foot Reflexology is the practice of stimulating areas of the feet that correspond to parts of the body with specific hand, thumb and finger techniques. Foot Reflexology activates the body’s own healing powers to promote good health. A Foot Reflexology session is relaxing and relaxation promotes increased circulation, which can help reduce stress. Reflexology also aides in rebalancing the total body for an increased state of well being.

Sundays

1:30 pm - 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm
