At your first visit, we’ll begin with a simple release form and a relaxed conversation about what drew you to Reiki. This is your time, and I want you to feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll answer any questions you have so you can settle in and fully enjoy your session.

 Reiki for Children $50 (6 - 15)
Reiki offers wonderful support for children, helping them release stress and anxiety while fostering confidence, balance, and a sense of inner peace. Sessions are tailored to each child’s age and typically last 20–30 minutes. A parent or guardian release form is required. 

This session includes a Lavender Eye Mask Enhancement to support deeper relaxation and nervous system balance. The gentle weight of the mask and soothing aroma of lavender help ease tension, quiet the mind, and encourage a greater sense of calm. This comforting addition allows you to settle more fully into your Reiki session, creating space for rest, healing, and renewal.
