Emotional & Spiritual Therapies

 At Balance Mind Body & Spirit, each therapy is created to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're seeking clarity, release, relaxation, or inner guidance, you’ll find a compassionate, personalized approach within each offering.

 Explore the healing modalities below and choose the path that feels aligned with your needs. 

 Your Session Experience  includes the soothing warmth of a heated neck wrap and the grounding support of our Himalayan salt foot dome, creating a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience from the moment you arrive.

We also offer optional add-ons to enhance your session, including a weighted blanket for the legs and a lavender eye mask for deeper relaxation. Our healing space also uses gentle aromatherapy; if you are sensitive to scents, please let us know before your session.

Reiki for Adults 18+

 First Appointments $95
At your first visit, we’ll begin with a simple release form and a relaxed conversation about what drew you to Reiki. This is your time, and I want you to feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll answer any questions you have so you can settle in and fully enjoy your session.

Reiki with Oracle Reading

 Oracle Reading w/Reiki  $150

 This session begins with an oracle reading to offer guidance and insight, followed by a restorative Reiki healing. Messages come through connection with Spirit Guides and Angels, offering encouragement and direction as you navigate life’s challenges. Please note: readings are meant as guidance only. 

Reiki Session - Cancer Patient

  Reiki for Cancer Support $65
This gentle session is designed to support you during cancer therapy, offering relaxation, stress relief, and a nurturing space for healing and wellbeing. 

Reiki for Kids - (7 - 15 yrs )

 Reiki for Children $45
Reiki offers wonderful support for children, helping them release stress and anxiety while fostering confidence, balance, and a sense of inner peace. Sessions are tailored to each child’s age and typically last 20–30 minutes. A parent or guardian release form is required.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file.
