  Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Based on the principle that everything in the universe is made up of energy & vibration, and that sound can be used

 to balance & harmonize this energy.

Sound healing works by using specific sound frequencies to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. When we are exposed to sound, our brain waves entrain to the frequency of the sound, which can promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote physical healing. 

 Sound healing has many benefits, including: 

• Stress reduction: The gentle vibrations from sound instruments can help calm the nervous system and alleviate anxiety. 
• Improved sleep: Sound healing can help you sleep better. 
• Improved mood: Sound healing can help improve your mood and reduce mood swings. 
• Improved well-being: Sound healing can help improve your overall well-being. 
• Mental balance and clarity: Sound healing can help restore mental balance and clarity. 

Group Sessions are $40 per person

Limit 5 guests - You are asked to bring a Yoga mat/Light Blanket, a pillow and water
