Often my clients ask me " What is the best Therapy for me ?"
Reiki is the first place to start. Reiki allows the body to release pent up energy that often times have us feeling lack of motivation, sleep issues, Emotional issues,
body aches and pains and feeling out of balance.
I am passionate about my clients healing, therefore I DO NOT OFFER
Integrated Energy Therapy until you have experienced a Reiki session (or a few)
Integrated Energy Therapy works on the Cellular level and touches into deeper rooted emotional issues, therefore this can be a very emotional , yet positive change for the client. IET is for the client that is ready to work on inner child healing.
Clients often work with me through Mentoring , a wonderful blend of healing.
Reiki with Crystal Healing * Chakras - This is a wonderful experience using the healing energies of crystals and tuning forks to open and balance the chakras. Deeper healing

First appointments require a signed release form
We then will have a brief discussion on the reason you chose Reiki. Our time is valuable and I do my best to answer any questions you may have before your session
Return Clients - $70
Reiki for Kids - (7 - 16 yrs )
Reiki is amazing for Children.
Kids benefit greatly with Reiki to help them feel less stressed and anxious , allowing them to feel confidant in who they are and a sense of overall inner peace
*Must have a release form signed by guardian or parent
Depending on age of child sessions run 20 to 30 minutes

Crystal Care
You've been given crystals at your Reiki session, Now what?
Crystals hold energy and during your session your energy will enter the crystals, it is important that you clear and clean the energy from these crystals.
Simple and easy to do - You also were given a small bag of Sea Salt.
Crystals will stay in the sea salt bag for a few hours .Once you are ready to remove the crystals -
SAVE THE SALT you can reuse at least 5 more times
*** This is a great way to clear any other crystals as well **
Nurture yourself after your session
It is important for you to nurture and care for you body after your Reiki healing session.
The body is integrating the energy of reiki and therefore, may take a few days to integrate.
I like to suggest a few things for you
* Drink a lot of water
* Eat healthy after your session ( 24 hours)
Fruits, Veggies, Please avoid fried foods,
or heavy foods ( ex Pizza )
* Reduce alcohol consumption
* Rest as needed - Body is integrating
* Emotions can be strong, please be sure to Journal
